Meet the Characters

About Adam Turman
Adam Turman is an artist, muralist and screen printer from St. Louis Park, Minnesota. His bold style offers colorful takes on beloved Minnesota landmarks, the great outdoors and riffs on our everyday life. He got his start as an artist making gig posters for bands coming through popular Twin Cities venues. His designs are influenced by the bold, graphic style of 80s art and comics. He opened his professional studio in Golden Valley in 2003 and, since then, has become one of Minnesota’s most popular artists.
Adam’s art can be found throughout the Midwest and in private collections worldwide. Businesses he has worked with include: Minnesota State Fair, Minnesota Twins, Children’s Hospitals of Minnesota, M Health Fairview, Indian Motorcycles, Radisson Red, Guthrie Theater, 3M, Duluth Trading Co., SPAM, Three Rivers Park District, Surly Brewing, Sisyphus Brewing, Westopolis and many more.
