Located in St. Louis Park’s unofficial “Distillery District,” Copperwing Distillery crafts artisanal spirits, including gin, vodka, fresas, bourbon, and their signature creation – vodskey®. Vodskey® is made from Copperwing’s bourbon mash, but distilled like vodka, creating a clear, strong spirit with more flavor and character than traditional vodka.
A forty-person cocktail room offers the perfect intimate setting for enjoying a craft cocktail. Watch as Copperwing’s mixologists shake, stir, build, strain, smoke, froth spray and garnish each cocktail to create the perfect flavor profile. Not sure what to try?
