Offering takeout, delivery and catering service of coal-fired and bar-style pizzas, heritage recipe meatballs, farm-fresh salads and more.
Bar pizzas are 10″ and square cut. They are thin, crispy and steel-pan baked, with sauce and toppings all the way to the edges. Coal-fired pizzas are 16″ and triangle cut. They are made New Haven style and cooked at 950 degrees for a perfect crisp-chew with a slightly charred crust. Gluten-free crusts, made with cauliflower and chickpea, are available for an additional charge. Toppings include pepperoni, sausage, Duroc bacon, aged salami, sautéed brown beech mushrooms, crisp dill pickles, Calabrian chili oil, blistered shishito peppers, garlic confit and more!
Each day they make a limited number of meatballs, using a 110-year-old secret family recipe. Salad offerings include Caesar, a BLT salad, and in Italian chop.
