The Food

Try their original chimichanga made with chicken, beef, red chili or short ribs. The menu is loaded with tacos (flour or corn), burros and bowls, enchiladas, fajitas, and a variety of salads. For dessert, you simply have to try their fried ice cream, which wraps vanilla ice cream in cornflakes dusted with cinnamon. Their tres leches cake and churros are also a hit.

Chi-Chi’s is home to an exceptional collection of tequila, mezcal and agave. Guests can choose from over 100 different types of tequila, including blanco, reposado, añejo and extra añejo, as well as cristalino and diverse tequilas. They also have a broad selection of traditional spirits, as well as beer and wine. Their margarita selection is on point, with a wide variety of flavorful options, including blueberry, clementine, dragon fruit, grapefruit, guava, mango, papaya, prickly pear, raspberry, smoked jalapeño, yuzu, and, of course, classic. Non-drinkers will delight in their array of offerings, including N/A beer and wine, mocktails, Mexican Coca-Cola, Jarritos, and Pepsi products.
