Howl-O-WeenBring your furry friends and best costumes to Wolfe Park for HOWL-O-WEEN. Visitors can stroll through the park with their pets and meet different vendors and do a little shopping. At 2:30 p.m. there will be a costume contest for all pets with fantastic prizes.

Twin Cities Film FestEvery October, the West End comes alive with movie magic as filmmakers and film aficionados alike descend upon the area for the Twin Cities Film Fest, a 10-day celebration of independent and Minnesota-made films. The Marcus West End Cinema and Edina Mann Theatre play host, screening over 70+ short and feature-length movies, from documentaries to dramas. Passersby may even spot a celebrity or two!
