St. Louis Park Parktacular
The St. Louis Park Parktacular is a multi-day celebration designed to encourage a spirit of pride and a sense of community among residents and visitors. The Parktacular is comprised of a number of fun events, including:
- “Splash into Summer” Pool Party – Friday, June 13, 4 -7 pm (Admission to this event is free with the purchase of a Parktacular button)
- Grand Day Parade – Saturday, June 14, 12 – 2 pm
- Business Expo – Saturday, June 14, 1:30 – 6 pm
- Kidtacular – Saturday, June 14, 1:30 – 6 pm
- Enjoy juggling demonstrations, a fishing clinic, music and more.
- Ecotacular – Saturday, June 14, 1:30 – 4 pm
- Tommy’s School of Fishing – Saturday, June 14, 12 – 4 pm
- Food Trucks – Saturday, June 14, 12 – 9 pm
- Rock the Park Concert in Wolfe Park – Saturday, June 14, 6 – 9:30 pm
- Band: Lipstick-N-Dynamite
- Miniature Art Hunt – Starts June 9 and runs until all are found. This year’s theme is Kites.
- Juneteenth at the ROC – Sunday, June 15, 1 – 4 pm
Most events are held at Wolfe Park. The Pool Party and Flick & Float are held at the SLP Aquatic Park. The Juneteenth celebration is held at the ROC.
The coronation of the new SLP Parktacular Ambassadors will take place on Tuesday, June 17, at 6:30 pm at the Rec Center Banquet Room.
