St. Louis Park Parktacular

The St. Louis Park Parktacular is a multi-day celebration designed to encourage a spirit of pride and a sense of community among residents and visitors. The Parktacular is comprised of a number of fun events, including:

• “Splash into Summer” Pool Party – Friday, June 19, 4 -7 pm (Admission to this event is free with the purchase of a Parktacular button)
• Grand Day Parade – Saturday, June 20, 12 – 2 pm
• Business Expo – Saturday, June 20, 1:30 – 6 pm
• Kidtacular – Saturday, June 20, 1:30 – 6 pm
  • Enjoy juggling demonstrations, a fishing clinic, music and more.
• Ecotacular – Saturday, June 20, 1:30 – 4 pm
• Tommy’s School of Fishing – Saturday, June 20, 12 – 4 pm
• Food Trucks – Saturday, June 20, 12 – 9 pm
• Rock the Park Concert in Wolfe Park – Saturday, June 20, 6 – 9:30 pm
  • Band: Lipstick-N-Dynamite
• Miniature Art Hunt – Starts June 1 and runs until all are found. This year’s theme is still a secret.

Most events are held at Wolfe Park.

The coronation of the new SLP Parktacular Ambassadors will take place on Thursday, June 18, at 6:30 pm at the Rec Center Banquet Room.
