Battle at the ROC
The Twin Cities Road Crew and Westopolis present Battle at the ROC – a Pokémon-Style Breakdance Battle. Watch competitors battle through several dance rounds as they compete for a $1,000 prize. Featuring BBoy Abide as the emcee, music by DJ Espada, and your judges: Los Boogie, DuVall and Ozzy.
Pokémon Battle Style:
- Prelim round: Competitors battle 2v2. Judges choose the top 8 groups.
- Top 8 round: Competitors battle with their partner. Winners then choose one of their two opponents to compete with them in the next round.
- Top 4 “Semi Finals” round: Groups of 3v3. Winners then choose one of their three opponents to join their crew for the finals.
- Finals: Groups of 4v4. The crews will face off and the judges will decide the winners.
Sign up to battle! Doors open at 5 pm. Battle begins at 6 pm.
