




Hold The Wheat is a small takeaway bakery and coffee shop. They specialize in gluten-free cakes, pies, cookies and kindness.
The business started in 2016 as a side hustle and grew into a family business after years of expanding their menu at local farmers markets in the greater Minneapolis area.
Bakery items on the menu include Little Spencer Cakes (chocolate, vanilla, lemon and s’mores), berry and salted caramel apple Sweetie Pies, sausage Snuggle Pies, bacon & goat cheese quiche, oatmeal sandies, biscuits & gravy, pop tarts, s’mores cookies, lemon squares coffee cake. Several of the items are vegan/dairy free.
The barista bar includes drip coffee, espresso drinks, kids cocoa, teas, and 16 oz. iced drinks. GF oat and GF almond milk substitutes are available.
