Rojo Mexican Grill serves new culinary creations and many traditional dishes, such as quesadillas, tacos and enchiladas, but with bold new flavors or in unique presentations. Ingredients, such as the tortillas, guacamole, and salsas, are made fresh from scratch each day and Rojo uses special proprietary blends of Mexican spices to create the unique recipes.
With so many flavorful options, it may be hard to know where to begin. Start with some fresh guacamole and the cotija grilled corn, then go for the tortilla soup and tomatillo salad. Rojo serves a variety of tacos, from fish to carnitas, as well as enchiladas, fajitas and chimichangas. Their lunch specials include a variety of tortas served with fries. Be sure to sample the house specialty, which features slow roasted pork, onions, serrano peppers and sour cream with pasilla chile sauce.
Rojo’s Tequila Bar is home to an exceptional collection of tequila and mezcal. Guests can choose from nearly 60 different types of tequila, including blanco, reposado, añejo and extra añejo, and nearly 50 varieties of mezcal. Tequila flights allow you to sample tequila from more than 17 different distilleries. A “coinstyle” margarita is available to let you experience the tequila, without all the extras. The menu includes over 30 tequila-based recipes, many made with real Mexican fruit, including Rojo’s signature margaritas, offering unique flavors such as strawberry jalapeño, watermelon, and grilled pineapple. Be careful – these drinks have a kick! They also have a full liquor, wine and beer menu.
The Rojo Room is the perfect spot for a rehearsal dinner, corporate function or other special event. The room seats 60 for dinner or 70 reception style. It has its own bar, entrance, restrooms and patio. The restaurant requires a buffet set-up and a food & beverage minimum of $3,000 (exclusive of tax + gratuity).
Rojo Mexican Grill offers full catering services for meetings and events. Their menu includes hot and cold bites, party salads, torta platters, classic dishes such as enchiladas and fajitas, and a build-your-own taco bar with a variety of protein and vegetarian options.
