The first Doolittles opened its doors in 1989. They offer the freshest ingredients, prepared to order in their scratch kitchens and served by attentive and knowledgeable staff. At Doolittles, the emphasis is on woodfired rotisserie cooking. Meat is cooked over an open flame, creating a savory wood-roasted flavor, while being gently rotated, which self bastes the meat resulting in juicy and succulent food. Signature dishes include spit roasted chicken served with green beans with toasted almonds and mashed potatoes and smokehouse ribs brushed with smokehouse BBQ and served with cole slaw and French fries. They also serve a variety of burgers, steaks, fish and pasta.
Doolittles offers a wine list that would please any connoisseur, with over 60 wines by the bottle and 30 selections by the glass.
Their outdoor firepit creates a relaxing setting to wine and dine for any occasion.
