Located in St. Louis Park’s unofficial “Distillery District,” The Dampfwerk Distillery Co. is a family distillery and cocktail lounge making the finest European-style fruit brandies, gins, aquavits and herbal liqueurs, all with an unexpected American twist. Their spirits are designed to be enjoyed in the company of family and friends.

A 3,000 sq. foot cocktail room features a fireplace, comfy seating, a communal table for celebrating with friends, and an Instagram-worthy photo wall, featuring the lovely fruit ladies from their distinctive bottles. At the bar, the focus is on neat spirits, sipping shots, flights, and classic cocktails. Bring your dog and relax on the patio, which features space heaters and gas fire pits for cooler days and nights.

Tours & Events

Dampfwerk conducts private tours by appointment.

• 1-hour, in-depth tour with the Owner or Head Distiller – $45 per person; includes a sampling of 3 products of your choice and 25% off a cocktail.
• Must be 21+. Limited to groups of 8.

For groups of 6-10, Dampfwerk offers complimentary table reservations. To reserve a table, simply click here.

For groups up to 40, rent Dampfwerk’s private cocktail room, “die Stube” (a cozy, informal place).

Need more space? Dampfwerk can host up to 75 people in the cocktail room, with an additional 35 people on the patio. They would be happy to host your event!
