Cooking Classes

In addition to being an incredible place to shop for bakeware and cooking supplies, the Nordic Ware store is home to a contemporary demonstration kitchen. They offer cooking classes twice a month, on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Demonstration-style cooking and baking classes are taught by local chefs, cookbook authors and experienced cooking instructors and include samples and take-home recipes for the menu that is prepared. Try classes such as “Midsommer Kransekaka” or “Tomato Party Recipes.” Guests also receive 15% off the purchase of any regularly-priced Nordic Ware brand products in the store the evening of the class. Classes are limited to 22 people each, so sign up early!  Call 952-924-9672 to reserve your space.
