A 2-day urban ski festival held at Theodore Wirth Regional Park in Golden Valley and the Chain of Lakes. It features a variety of point-to-point Cross-Country Ski Loppets, Fat-Tire Bike Loppets, and Skijor Loppets, as well as the Snowshoe Loppet. There are a number of unique events, such as the Next Generation Loppet and the very Minnesotan Captain Ken’s Kubb Tournament. There are both competitive races and non-competitive touring events for the entire family. Hang out at the Utepils Beer Garden & Festival Village! A Luminary Loppet, the most magical night of winter, will be held on February 8, and also serves as a fundraiser for The Loppet Foundation. Learn more.
